    Explicit WebGPU Philox options that expose GPU-resident output.

    Philox is the algorithm supported by the WebGPU backend.

    backend: "webgpu"

    Require WebGPU; creation fails if it is unavailable.

    counter?: number

    Initial Philox block counter; defaults to zero and must be a non-negative safe integer.

    seed?: Seed

    Deterministic seed; defaults to zero. System CSPRNG does not accept a seed.

    stream?: Seed

    Stream identifier for PCG or Philox; defaults to zero.

    timestamp_query?: boolean

    Request WebGPU timestamp-query support for Philox GPU timing.
